Jak mogę zacząć sprzedawać na DaWandzie?
Jeśli chcesz sprzedawać na DaWandzie, musisz najpierw uzupełnić standardową rejestrację, opisaną powyżej. Co to są listy ulubionych?
Your Pinboards are like lists of your favourite products, which allow you to find them again quickly and easily.
You can give every Pinboard a name and description, e.g. you can use them to put together gift ideas for a certain person or occasion. Or you can use a Pinboard to gather together products with a similar theme, for example "home decor in spring colours" or "polka dots".
With each Pinboard, you can decide whether it can be seen by everyone (= a public Pinboard), or can only be seen by you (= a private Pinboard).
Public Pinboards appear on your profile page, and show all visitors to your profile what type of products you’re into, and which styles you like. So you can easily get to know other members with the same excellent taste!
Plus you can use the Pinboard tool to create your own personal wish list, and show you’re friends what you’re wishing for right now. Just send your wish list to your loved ones before your birthday, or before Christmas.
Plus you can create an 'Event Pinboard', to gather items related to a particular event, e.g. gift ideas for the birthday of a good friend. Then we’ll send you an automatic reminder three weeks before their birthday, so you can think about a present. to the top
Czym jest standardowa lista ulubionych?
The Standard Pinboard is the Pinboard which you can add a product to with just one click of the 'Add to My Pinboard' button on the product page.
At first your Wish List will be designated as your Standard Pinboard - or, if you still don't have a Wish List, we will set one for you.
You can choose yourself which Pinboard you would like to set as your Standard Pinboard, by going to your Pinboard Overview, selecting your desired Pinboard and making it your Standard Pinboard. This Pinboard will then be highlighted by a little yellow star. From then on, if you pin a product using the pin button, it will automatically be added to your chosen Standard Pinboard.

Czemu powinienem zostawić komentarz?
At DaWanda we want everybody to participate. Even if you’re not buying or selling you can contribute by leaving comments on people’s profiles, or on product pages. Tell them if and what you like about their creations. Why should you do that? Because we all like compliments :)

On DaWanda you can get in touch with all members and sellers. You can write private messages, leave a comment on an item that interests you, pin the profiles of people you like, comment on blog posts and join in the discussion on the forum. You just need to be registered with us first.

DaWanda sends notifications to your e-mail address when you have purchased an item, or when someone purchases one of your items, or when you receive a new comment or message. We also send out a regular newsletter, telling you about the latest trends on the website, special features, campaigns and sales, interesting sellers and lots more. If you would like to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can change your notification settings quickly and easily in your profile.

Normally you receive a confirmation email from DaWanda within two minutes of every sale or purchase. If you are not receiving these emails, please check whether you have written your email address correctly in your profile, and if this address is still valid. If you’re not receiving mails even though your e-mail is correct, then they could be going into your Spam folder. If you still can’t find our notifications in Spam, then please get in touch with us at feedback@dawanda.com.

To ensure that your shopping experience at DaWanda is a safe and enjoyable one, we have implemented a ratings system. This allows you to find out before you buy if a seller is trustworthy and reliable, or has had problems in the past. To help out other DaWanda users, please always rate your transaction partner after every sale or purchase.
In order for your personal information to stay secure and confidential, we have SSL-encoded all pages which could contain sensitive data.

Co mogę zrobić, żeby zwiększyć swoje bezpieczeństwo?
DaWanda is a secure marketplace, where problems are extremely rare. Here we’ll provide you with a couple of tips, so that any risk for you remains as low as possible:
- Log out completely after every visit to DaWanda
- Change your password regularly, and never tell it to anyone else
- DaWanda will never ask you for your password by phone or e-mail. If anyone does ask you, do not give them any info, but report this request to us instead.
- Don’t give too much away. DaWanda is an internet platform, and what you write and reveal here can be found, for example by a search-engine like Google, and is therefore made available tot he whole internet. Think carefully before you share things like personal photos, telephone numbers or other information.
- Read the item description, shop description and ratings of the shop you would like to buy from. Also take a look at whether the seller is still selling items, and whether they give you a professional and reliable impression.
- Make sure that the shipping costs look realistic.
- If the seller offers to complete your transaction away from DaWanda, e.g. by e-mail or by telephone, then please do not take them up on it. We won’t be able to help you with any problems in this case. Plus, the seller would be operating under our guidelines and using our services, but without wanting to pay the fees we ask of them. This is unfair, not just to us, but to all other shops on the platform, and will lead to this seller being removed from our platform.

Skąd mogę pobrać aplikację DaWandy dla Facebooka?
You can get the App directly from Facebook. You can install it at any time, as long as you are a Facebook member with your own Facebook fan page, i.e. an official page for your business.
Co mogę z nią zrobić?
With the DaWanda App for Facebook, any Facebook user can share any public DaWanda Pinboard on their own Facebook fan page. You don't have to be a DaWanda member to do so.
If you have your own DaWanda shop, you can also bring your shop page onto your Facebook fan page. Please note that you can only share your own DaWanda shop on Facebook. If you have more than one DaWanda shop, then just make sure you have a separate fan page for each shop. Then you can showcase a different DaWanda shop on every fan page!

Dlaczego baner mojego sklepu jest zniekształcony na Facebooku?
Unfortunately Facebook uses a different display format to DaWanda. Therefore we need to convert DaWanda shop banners in order to display them. You get the best results if your shop banner is exactly 950 pixels wide. If you use a narrower banner on DaWanda, Facebook stretches it out.
To avoid this, you just need to recreate your banner so that it is 950 pixels wide - you don't need to change the look of the banner to do this! If you prefer to use a narrower, left-aligned banner image, then just fill up the rest of the 950 pixels with white space. Then your banner will technically be 950 pixels wide, but since the right side is white, visitors will only see what's on the left side, which is not white.

It is now possible to login to DaWanda with authentification from Facebook. This makes it even easier to create a DaWanda member profile. Just click on ‘Login with Facebook’ on the login page to connect your Facebook account with DaWanda. Then you can get started on DaWanda right away as a fully authenticated member, and it’s not necessary to validate your email address through DaWanda.
Existing members who have already logged-in to DaWanda with Facebook can benefit from one-click-login, and do not need to provide their member name and password. If you are an existing member, you can start using one-click-login when you click on the button ‘Login with Facebook’ on the DaWanda login page.

Here’s how to connect your Facebook account with DaWanda:
- Go to DaWanda’s login page (dawanda.com/login)
- Click on ‘Login with Facebook’
- If you are not yet registered, you will be asked by Facebook to enter the email address and password which you normally use for Facebook.
- You will then be asked if you allow your basic member info which you provided to Facebook (e.g. name, email address) to be given to DaWanda. (DaWanda can only access this particular info – DaWanda cannot access any other data which you have stored at Facebook, which would need to be released separately by you).
- If your email address for your Facebook account is already attached to an existing DaWanda member account, you will be asked to confirm the connection by entering the password for your DaWanda member account.
- If your email address for your Facebook account is not already attached to an existing DaWanda member account, you have two options to choose from:
- Either: register with DaWanda and accept the Terms and Conditions, Data Protection Policy and Cancellation Policy or DaWanda. In this way you can open – if you would like to – a DaWanda member account which is attached to Facebook. You will also then receive a DaWanda member name, which will automatically be composed of your first name plus – if this member name is already taken – a random number. So, for example, if you are using the first name ‘Nicole’ at Facebook and you then register your Facebook account at DaWanda, your username would end up being ‘Nicole-1’, ‘Nicole-2’ or ‘Nicole-3’ etc. You can change this member name once under the ‘Edit my Profile’ option in My DaWanda.
- Or: you can connect an existing DaWanda member account with your Facebook account. You will also here be asked to confirm the connection by entering the password for your DaWanda member account.

Yes, you can cancel the connection between DaWanda and Facebook at any time. Just login to DaWanda and go to the ‘Edit my Profile’ section in My DaWanda. There you can directly remove the master data for the Facebook connection. Then go to ‘Privacy Settings’ in your Facebook account and delete the application ‘DaWanda Login’. In this way you can delete any connection between both accounts. To reconnect your DaWanda and Facebook accounts, you must go through the ‘Login with Facebook’ process again from the beginning.
