Products in my shop are mostly personalised you can add date, bride and groom names or birthday person name, inscriptions in front of cards and boxes and your own greetings in your exploding box and cards. If you don't give me this information when ordering or just after purchase I send you a blank card.

I do not do orders based on ideas that you will send me from another designer and using characters from fairytales and films protected by copyright, so no disney, warner bros and others, sorry.

It is possible to make wholesale orders. Minimum order value for wholesale sale is 1500 $ for one design of product. Wholesale orders comes without personalization. Ask for details in message.

All orders are send via REGISTERED MAIL, in this case tracking the order is impossible.

To have the tracking option available choose GLOBAL EXPRESS as shipping method.


Please be aware that in the case of REGISTERED MAIL a signature can be required.

So in a case you can't go to your PO, when you will receive the peach notice from USPS , read the fine print on the side, sign it in the space provided and instruct USPS to deliver to your mailbox. Then place the peach notice back in the mailbox for their carrier to pick up. The package will be delivered the next day.

If you don't receive your package after estimated delivery time, please contact first with your post office, if they don't have your shipment contact me, I make a PO compliant

Each of our product has it's own processing time. It's usually 3-5 buisness days. Processing time is the number of days we need to prepare your order. Everything we create in our shop is absolutely 100% handmade, so it takes time to make an item.

We are NOT ABLE to send our products ASAP.

Please place your order and all needed information in advance so you can get it on time.

All orders are sent to the address given in Etsy, so before placing the order, please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address.

Providing a wrong address will make it impossible to deliver the parcel. In this case, it will not be possible to return the product, money and cancel the order.

Sending a new product due to personalized products will result in you incurring the full costs of the new order and extended delivery time.

The buyer who wants to return a full-fledged item that is not subject to complaint, should first contact me in 2 day after delivery order to arrange details via Etsy .
 The condition of refunding for the purchased item (without shipping costs) is to receive the item in impeccable condition and unused. Personalized orders are not refundable. The cost of return shipment is covered by the Buyer.

The return shipment should be sent and delivered back within 30 days to the address

The buyer is responsible for all defects caused during return shipment / lost shipment.
It is recommended to send the item back WITH REGISTRED SHIPPING WITH TRACKING.
LOST RETURN SHIPMENT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

After receiving the return shipment, the seller will assess the completeness of its contents and no damage, if the parcel will be in perfect condition, the refund for the purchased items will take place within 10 business days after prior contact with the buyer.
