Payment is expected as soon as possible. Upon the full receipt of your payment, and assuming we already have all details you wish, we will start processing your order. In special cases we can wait for payment a bit longer, but please write to us about this before you make a purchase.

- Europe: 3-7 days

Please, mind that real delivery time depends on your country postage service work, sometimes it may take a little longer, so please be patient!


* We're not liable for delays caused by postal services and this is why we can't guarantee an exact arriving date. Buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties that might be charged by their home country.

* Shipping cost is not refundable after the item has been shipped. Please understand that shipping cost is used toward your item’s delivery fee and we do not retain any amount.

* If by any chance your package is lost, please contact your local post office for more info and contact us - we will help you find a solution.

UNDELIVERABLE:

* Items that are returned to me as undeliverable will be reshipped at the buyer's expense or, if the item isn't custom or personalized, you can request a refund for the item cost only, shipping fees are non-refundable.
So if you have any questions or you do not know the technique I am working with, please contact me to clear your doubts.
* Custom & personalized items will not be refunded due to wrong address or failure to collect item from the post office.

Refunds and Exchanges

I pack my items very carefully, so that is arrived safe!

Custom items are not returnable
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order. Please understand that each item is made to order specially for you.
I value my customers and I truly want you be happy with your purchase. I will always do very best to ensure you are happy!

* Please make sure you read all measurements and lead times before you purchase. I do not accept returns, as everything is custom made for each order.
We always do very best and put a lot of love into each order,

* I do not accept returns of personalized and made-to-order products.


* We want you to love things you've bought, but if for some reason you wish to return an item (not custom/personalized), it can be done within 10 day of receipt of a parcel (if item is in a suitable state - we also can't proceed to a refund, in case the item shows damage caused by an unsafe package, during shipping).
Returning shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
If an addressee does not accept (or pick up) a package and the item is shipped back to me, eventual new shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
For this reason please: check the information of the product before you buy, check twice that you provided the correct shipping address and other necessary data.

To avoid disappointment, i suggest to read all the descriptions of the items I sell, especially the sizes & delivery terms. I really want all my customers to be happy!
Colors. Colors are well represented in the images, but please be aware of the limitations of digital imagery and color and that different computer monitors can display the same image in a very different way.
