If you'd like to return a ready-made painting, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. Please note that shipping cost is your responsibility in such a case. You are also responsible for packing the painting securely so that it arrives undamaged.

Custom-made paintings are usually ready to be sent within 8-10 days from payment confirmation or as stated in the description of the product.
Depending on the country shipment may take 1-5 days.
Paintings are well secured for shipment and sent with DPD (or other) courier service.
If you want to order a painting to a country other than Poland or Germany, contact me and I'll let you know if shipment is possible.
