She gave me options for how to move forward which ended up with me getting a different color I liked even better than my original purchase! Shipped quickly for traveling so far and everything was packaged securely. Thank you for this great handmade gift for the holidays!

5 na 5 gwiazdekThis mug is so beautiful. It is a nice substantial size, yet is surprisingly light. It has a pleasing delicacy without feeling too fragile. The handle is secure and well designed, and the mug's shape sits comfortably in your hands. The glaze is gorgeous and has a very high quality finish. I really like how the pared-back circles reveal different layers; it's so eye-catching. I purchased this for a friend and haven't given it to her yet, but she is sure to love it. I love it! It makes me think of marshmallows. :) Irmin's service was excellent. She responded to my query immediately and packaged the mug with great care, ensuring it arrived in Australia in pristine condition. I highly recommend her wares and wouldn't hesitate to shop with her again. Thanks Irmin!

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

The items will be posted within 3 working days*, after the payment is confirmed. Delivery time for Europe is 3-10 working days and for the rest of the world it takes 9-20 working days (approx. 2 weeks).
All orders will be shipped with a tracking-number, so that your item can be followed until it has been delivered to you.
Unclaimed orders that were returned to me will be re-sent after payment for this second shipping is received.
CUSTOMS DUTY/FEES AND VAT TAXES CHARGES
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and charges that are applied by their country to imports. Please be aware that in some countries , especially the UK and Brazil, these fees can be quite high. I will not mark the customs form as a gift, as this is illegal for me to do.
