I store your personal data only as long as necessary to provide my services in accordance with the provisions of my privacy policy. However, I may be required to store this data to comply with laws and regulations, to resolve disputes and to enforce contracts. I usually keep buyers' personal information for 4 years.
5. What will the data transfer outside of Europe look like if you transfer data
Transferring personal data outside the EU
I can store and process your information through hosting services from third-party companies in the US and other jurisdictions. For this reason, I may transfer your personal data to jurisdictions with different data protection and state supervision laws than your jurisdiction. If I decide to transfer your data outside of the EU, I will rely on the Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
