Dear Customer we are very sorry about the situation. The package was sent without any delays on 30th November. According to tracking number it has been kept in post office in Netherlands (Hague) since 8th December. Any further delays are due to the reasons beyond our control, yet we understand your disappointment. Therefore, after being informed about the situation, we provided you with full refund of the money. We hope that package will still be able to reach to you before Christmas. In this situation it will be free of charge, as money has already been transferred back. We made our best efforts to provide you the best products and services.
