To minimize the waiting time, your order will be delivered with priority registered mail*.

*tracking information outside Poland is in the the responsibility of the postal services provider of recipient country . From my experience it is not always available.

The order will be sent from Poland within 5-6 business days after receiving your payments. The personalized items will be dispatched within 6 business days. You will be informed by email about the dispatch date.

All international deliveries will be done with registered priority airmail.

All shipping times are estimates provided by the Polish Post, and I cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered within that time. I am also not responsible for any delays caused by the post or customs. If your order doesn't arrive within 20 business days, counting from dispatch date, please contact me. I will investigate the status of the delivery directly with the Polish Post.

The purchased product will be sent to the address provided by Etsy. Please make sure that the address is correct.

Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees incurred at point of entry to the buyer's country. Outside EU customs clearance procedures can be required, which can cause delays.

A Custom Declaration with the actual value of items purchased will be attached to the shipment.

When planning the purchase please consider prolonged waiting time for delivery during periods of increased purchases (e.g. before Christmas).
